BTH Transport Case Study

Overview

BTH Transport partnered with us, with the plan  to increase visibility and brand recall in the market, which was especially important given the nature of next day courier service, where repeat business is very important, and customers will likely stick with a courier for many years. Created branded promotional products, also gave an allure of professionalism which was appreciated by existing clients.

Strategy

The strategy focused on two key elements: branded uniforms for staff and branded office products for both internal use and client engagement.

The rollout of BTH Transport's new uniforms, designed in collaboration with Completely Branded, was aimed at looking more professional and increasing brand recognition.

  • Aesthetic: The uniforms were styled to balance professionalism with modernity. They featured a sleek, contemporary design with clean lines, ensuring that employees looked sharp and approachable. BTH Transport’s logo was strategically placed on the chest and back, prominent but not overpowering.
  • Comfort and Practicality: Recognizing the active nature of courier work, the uniforms were made from breathable, flexible fabrics, allowing for ease of movement. The design included practical elements like reinforced pockets and adjustable features for a customized fit.

The distribution of branded office products was another critical component of BTH Transport's branding strategy.

  • Range of Products: The selection included items used by employees and handed out to customers daily. Such as pens, notepads, mouse pads, and water bottles. Client-facing items like branded folders and business card holders were also included.
  • Consistent Branding: Each item bore the BTH Transport logo, complemented by the company’s colour scheme. The design was sleek and professional, mirroring the style of the uniforms, to maintain a cohesive brand image.
  • Quality and Functionality: The products were chosen for their quality and practicality. Pens wrote smoothly, notepads were of a convenient size for notetaking, and water bottles were durable and leak-proof.

The careful consideration given to the design, styling, and functionality of these items ensured that they were not only visually appealing but also practical and reflective of the company's values. This strategic approach to branding played a crucial role in enhancing BTH Transport's professional image and brand recognition.
